This blog is a cooperative project between several designated appraisers.  The goal is to provide timely and topical blogs to the valuation profession and users of valuation services written by experts.  This blog is not just a collection of technical articles, it will contain editorial as well as objective writings.  The intention is that it gives a voice to practitioners that see issues in the day-to-day experiences of valuation work.
